The problem I see most often is natural lifters following a bodybuilding program that is specifically designed for enhanced lifters. But as we've seen, you need to put something in place to compensate for the differences in size that you experience as a natural lifter versus a bodybuilder, and the most effective natural lifters often have a unique, custom training approach to help them do so. 1) Natural lifters:
The most common style of training used by natural lifters consists of low-to-moderate percentages, and a lot of static stretching. The lower the percentage, the sooner you begin to tire.
